The client was returned to the register of companies licensed to preserve monuments. The Court of Cassation overturned the decisions of the courts of first instance and appeal and declared illegal the decision of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation to revoke the license.
Conclusion of 14 contracts
A procedural strategy of dozens of consecutive disputes made it possible for bankruptcy to settle obligations under 14 contracts, to collect into a single calculation the requirements for the return of the outstanding advance payment, the return of the paid cost of unconfirmed work, debts for work performed and general contracting services.
