Radislav specializes in supporting major investment projects in the areas of capital construction. He advises clients on the acquisition and disposal of real estate assets, develops legal schemes for investing in real estate creation and managing capital assets (including using mechanisms for large-scale investment projects, integrated territorial development, SPICs, offsets), supports the application of investment protection and promotion measures, develops strategies for interaction with authorities to optimize land use and development regulation, including lawmaking, and represents clients in court on issues of challenging urban planning regulations. In addition, Radislav combines practical activities with scientific and academic activities and is regularly involved in major research projects.

Radislav started his career by providing legal support for Russian public-private partnership projects and judicial protection of businesses in the areas of real estate law, land use and urban development.
In 2017, he expanded his practice of structuring capital assets of owners of international commercial structures, supporting foreign investment projects in the fields of environmental management and energy, and creating holding structures with foreign participants.
Radislav is regularly approached to assess the prospects for challenging government acts in both Russian and foreign courts. He also takes part in the development of regulations in the areas of public-private partnerships, capital investments and natural resources.
He actively conducts research and teaching activities. Since 2018, he has been teaching civil law at the Higher School of Economics Law in St. Petersburg. He regularly conducts advanced training courses at St. Petersburg State University and has authored a number of publications in leading legal publications.
