He specializes in the development of corporate structures, M&A transactions, the creation of joint ventures, legal aspects of debt financing transactions, banking law and bankruptcy. As a lawyer, he takes part in building a comprehensive strategy for clients' behavior in conflicts: bankruptcy, corporate conflicts, related to the division of property in family and inheritance disputes. He developed and teaches a master's course at the Higher School of Economics in St. Petersburg on methods and tools for acquiring business assets (“Mergers and Acquisitions”).
