Sergey specializes in supporting complex projects in the field of intellectual property, which include auditing and analyzing companies' brands and other intangible assets to protect intellectual property, developing strategies and registering intellectual property rights (registering trademarks, patenting inventions, utility models, industrial designs, and designing official works) both in Russia and abroad. In addition, Sergey provides judicial protection of intellectual property (cancellation of trademarks for non-use, protection of trademark rights, etc.), as well as represents interests in the Chamber for Patent Disputes. Sergey also advises on the structuring of intellectual property objects when establishing joint ventures and negotiates to protect clients' interests (in particular, obtaining consent to register trademarks). In addition, Sergey advises on compliance with legislation on personal data, including Federal Law No. 152 and GDPR, as well as drafting documentation to ensure compliance.
