The main area of work is dispute resolution: trademarks, protection of entrepreneurs on marketplaces, domain disputes, copyright. Ksenia, together with her senior colleagues, successfully defends the rights of our clients at the pre-trial stage and during court proceedings.
Ksenia is also interested in space law issues and the legal mechanisms for the functioning of space startups, and actively participates as a speaker and moderator at conferences held by Russian universities
