Participation in the project included conducting a comprehensive legal review of existing intellectual property. In conjunction with devtodev's legal representatives in the EU, a comprehensive contractual scheme for devtodev's intellectual property was developed and implemented. As a result of supporting the project throughout the year, the deal was successfully closed.
