Anastasia has been specializing in structuring and comprehensive support for corporate transactions and M&A projects for more than 10 years, as well as in supporting investment transactions, including those structured under foreign law. Anastasia also specializes in structuring and supporting international commercial transactions, as well as significant experience in reaching settlement agreements and pre-trial settlement of disputes. Anastasia gave lectures at St. Petersburg State University and took part in various conferences and round tables.

- developing a model and creating a joint venture founded by a Russian biotechnology pharmaceutical company and a large Chinese pharmaceutical holding in Hong Kong. - project development, as well as project management from the idea stage to confirmation of the results of a project to evaluate intellectual property objects that make up biotechnological products, and the subsequent development and management of a project for the cross-border transfer of files with documents containing IP as a contribution to the company's capital in Hong Kong;
- Development of a restructuring model for an international group of companies consisting of 16 companies located in Belarus, Brazil, Vietnam, Hong Kong, India, Kazakhstan, China, the Netherlands, Russia, the United Arab Emirates, the USA and Finland in order to improve the efficiency of the asset management system and minimize the risks of loss of ownership;
