• large-scale business due diligence (the beneficiary is an English public company), which included analysis of financial and tax risks, corporate relations and intra-group liabilities, an audit of real estate and intellectual property, as well as subsequent participation in supporting the transaction on the buyer's side (the transaction price is more than 7 billion rubles).
• development and “tuning” the corporate structure of one of the largest metal trading corporations in Russia and the CIS in order to ensure the stability and manageability of the business, protect assets and minimize the risks of loss of ownership and bringing the beneficiary to subsidiary liability. Holding jurisdictions: Russian Federation, Singapore, Luxembourg.
• implementation of an investment project aimed at ending bankruptcy proceedings against a well-known developer in the North-West region and supporting the project to complete the construction of a residential complex. The settlement agreement developed by Alexandra was signed by more than 150 creditors and approved by the court, which allowed the client to attract external financing in the amount of over 2 billion rubles.
• protecting the former beneficiary of a logistics holding company from subsidiary liability as part of bankruptcy initiated by its former business partners in order to resolve a corporate conflict and compensate for its costs for transferring the business to a backup company.

Thanks to the protection strategy developed and implemented by Alexandra, subsidiary liability was denied in full.
