Optimizing the holding's corporate structure, identifying the needs of stakeholders and preparing a corporate agreement that takes into account all agreements

We faced the difficult task of structuring a holding company that has both direct corporate ties and tools for covert control over some companies that are not formally part of the group. In addition, we helped identify and document the agreements of the holding's beneficiaries in the corporate agreement.
