Due diligence and support for the purchase of a production site in the Tver Region in the interests of a client who is a manufacturer of medical consumables

An audit of assets was carried out and a transaction structure was developed that protects the client in the event of a dispute between contracts. During negotiations with the seller, we were able to protect the proposed list of assurances and guarantees in the interests of the client. The client became the owner of a property complex to expand the business and is currently launching a new production site for the manufacture of medical supplies.
